The fourth round of AFC matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification will be played in October 2025.

Format

The six teams that advanced from the third round (three third-placed teams and three fourth-placed teams) will be divided into two groups of three teams. The teams will play against each other in the allocated hosts which will be the two best third-placed teams from the third round. The winners of each group will qualify directly for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, while the runners-up will advance to the fifth round.
