Alan Picasso Romero (born July 22, 2000) is a Mexican professional boxer. He has held the WBC silver super-bantamweight championship title since July 2023.[1] As of January 2025, he is ranked as the world's 5th best super bantamweight by The Ring[2]

Professional career

Alan Picasso Romero made his professional debut against Jose Antonio Arellano Lopez on March 25, 2017. He won the fight by split decision.

On July 15 2023, Picasso Romero fought Sabelo Ngebinyana for the WBC Silver Super Bantamweight title. Picasso Romero won the fight by TKO in the 6th round.[3]

On July 19 2024, it was announced that Picasso Romero would defend his WBC Silver Super Bantamweight title against former title challenger Azat Hovhannisyan on the Mayweather-Gotti III undercard on Aug. 24th. Picasso Romero won the fight by unanimous decision.[4][5]
