Helen Kerwin (October 10, 1947) is an American politician who was elected member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 58th district in 2024.[2] A member of the Republican Party, she succeeded DeWayne Burns.[3] Her daughter Brooke Rollins was nominated to be United States Secretary of Agriculture.[4] She introduced legislation to combat PFAS contamination in sewage sludge-based fertilizers.[5]
