Mad (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yusuke Otori. It began serialization on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ manga service in June 2024.
Plot
[edit]Mysterious alien life-forms have invaded Earth, leading to the near-total annihilation of humanity. Among the few remaining survivors are John, his sister, and a scattered group of humans who cling to the hope of finding a new world to call home. However, their struggle for survival takes a dangerous turn when the aliens target them once more.
Publication
[edit]Written and illustrated by Yusuke Otori, Mad began serialization on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ manga service on June 18, 2024.[2] The series' chapters have been collected into three tankōbon volumes as of February 2025.[3]
The series is published in English on Shueisha's Manga Plus app.[citation needed]
