The following are the projected seeded players based on WTA rankings as of 27 January 2025. Seedings will be based on WTA rankings as of 10 February 2025. Rankings and points before are as of 17 February 2025.[3]

Under the 2025 Rulebook, points from one of the three non-combined WTA 1000 tournaments (which include Dubai) are required to be counted in a player's ranking.[4]
